Available programs
The school runs two programs:
- International Baccalaureate (IB) program
- Bachillerato program (Spanish Baccalaureate)
Start dates: September for one-year studies/September or January for one-semester studies
Program length: between one semester and 2 years
Class size: up to 23 people in Bachillerato classes and up to 20 people in IB classes
Requirements:
Minimum age: 14 years old (recommended age for travel is 15-17 years old)
Minimum length of previous education: 8 years
Minimum level of Spanish and English: B1 for the Bachilerato programme and B2 for the IB programme (for those with insufficient Spanish language skills, it is possible to purchase a summer Spanish course in August before starting your studies)
Minimum grade point average: B (+/-)
Why Agora Lledó International School?
Agora Lledó International School is a private school, ranked at the top of European rankings. The school’s distinguishing factor is its emphasis on the psychological aspect of teaching. Each teacher works closely with a special psychopedagogical department, the so-called Guidance and Education Psychology Department. Its aim is to help students, teachers and families. Each student is surrounded by individual care and attention.
The school was established in 2001, and in 2006 it became part of the Globeducate organization (a group of over 50 schools in 9 countries), which gave it an international dimension.

Szkoła posiada świetne zaplecze: dwie biblioteki, duże, jasne, świetnie wyposażone klasy, a także własne centrum sportowe z boiskami do piłki nożnej, koszykówki, kortami tenisowymi , dużym krytym basenem , osobnym basenem dla młodszych dzieci, siłownią, salą taneczną i sauną. W budynku znajduje się także stołówka, w której serwowane są lunche.

Szkoła położona jest w otoczeniu przyrody wśród drzew pomarańczowych, zapierających dech w piersiach górskich widoków i pięknych plaż. Castellon de la Plana jest stolicą prowincji Castellon, zlokalizowanej we wschodniej części Półwyspu Iberyjskiego nad Morzem Śródziemnym, około 100 km od Walencji.
Miasto oferuje szereg atrakcji turystycznych, jednak jest mniej popularne wśród turystów niż najbardziej znane hiszpańskie miasta, takie jak Barcelona, Sewilla czy Walencja. Pozwala to odwiedzającym na doświadczenie bardziej autentycznej atmosfery hiszpańskiego miasta, z dala od turystów.

The school offers the IB programme and the Bachillerato Spanish Baccalaureate programme, with three options to choose from:
- Science Baccaulaureate: Technological or Health Studies
- Social Sciences Baccalaureate
- Humanities Baccalaureate
Lessons are held from Monday to Friday from 8:55 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with two breaks (first – 25 minutes, second – 60 minutes).
International students also receive 8 Spanish lessons (included in the price).
Additionally, the following extra-curricular activities are available:
- Sports: Athletics, Basketball, Choreography and Modern Dance, Fencing, Gymnastics, Football, Jujitsu, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Swimming, Horse Riding
- Language school: English, German, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish
- Dance school
- Also: robotics, drawing, video game development, 3D printing and coding
Accommodation is provided by host families. Most families have children who attend the same school. Families usually take their children to school by car; sometimes it is necessary to travel by bus.
As part of their accommodation, students receive two meals a day (breakfast and dinner). Lunches are served at school.
